Thank you for shopping with Mavlico. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping within the United States.
1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. We will do everything we can to get your order out as quickly as possible.
2. Delivery Time (after processing period) Typical delivery time to U.S. addresses is 5–10 business days (excluding processing). During peak seasons or periods of high demand, there may be slight delays due to carrier volume or other unforeseen circumstances. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
3. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.
4. Delays & Issues While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to high demand during peak holiday weeks, weather conditions or carrier delays, or a high volume of orders. If your package is delayed or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@mavlico.com with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you entered incorrect information, email us immediately at support@mavlico.com. If the package has already shipped, we may not be able to update the address, and additional charges could apply for re-shipment.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, contact your local carrier to investigate, then reach out to us at support@mavlico.com and we will do our best to assist.
